Bill handles the filings that generalist preparers routinely get wrong: FBAR and Form 8938, PFIC reporting under Form 8621, foreign tax credit optimization, Streamlined Filing for clients who fell behind, and multi-year amendments when a prior preparer missed foreign-source income entirely.
